Ron Kubit
President

Ron Kubit is the co-founder and President of Intuitive Technical Solutions, Inc., (ITS) an IT Healthcare Solution Integration company. Ron has over 25 years experience in delivering proven, award winning IT solutions that have dramatically improved the client's business. Ron has worked in Europe and Asia / Pacific for over 10 years, worked for Ernst & Young, EDS and a number of successful start-up companies. He serves on the board of The Colorado Neurological Institute, Global Explorers and President of the Colorado Healthcare Strategy Management Association. In 2005 Ron had the honor to be one of the guides of the first ever team of five blind climbers, from four continents, to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, including the first blind African climber. After the climb the team founded the Kilimanjaro Blind Trust, an organization to educate the blind-orphaned children in East Africa.

Kristen Hostetter
Director of Operations

Kristen Hostetter is the Director of Operations for Intuitive Technical Solutions, Inc., (ITS). Kristen has over 18 years experience is delivering and managing projects through the entire software development life cycle. Several solutions in which she contributed in key roles from technical architect to technical project manager have won awards including "Best New Software Solution", by Colorado Software Association 2009, "Best Software", by Pharmacologic Association 2009, and "Most Innovative Use of Technology in Healthcare" by CIO magazine in 2006. Kristen has been specifically focused on health care for the past 8 years; delivering projects for payers, providers, hospitals, TeleHealth, and specialty organizations. This includes architecting or managing delivery for disease management systems (both in the US and Canada), pharmacogenetics applications, provider payment management systems, electronic charting solutions for emergency rooms and acute care facilities, and claims data mining and trending for health improvement services, to name a few. Most recently, Kristen has had key roles in two state HIE initiatives and is now the project manager for a national HIE initiative. Prior to HealthCare, Kristen had key roles in architecture and delivery for several financial solutions including a national data warehousing initiative and a customer relationship management initiative for one of the nation's largest banks. Kristen is a graduate Cal State Long Beach, is a Red Cross volunteer, and is very involved in Breast Cancer Awareness and Education.
