Cooper CEO Dan is an accomplished IT leader with over 23 years of experience in the information technology industry. Dan is noted for his strategic, motivating management style resulting in the successful delivery of high-profile and high-powered global projects. He has led multi-national teams to develop some of the most complex solutions. He is recognized for on-time, on-target and on-budget delivery of his customers’ most critical projects.
Prior to co-founding Intuitive Technical Solutions, Inc., Dan held senior and executive level positions at Tickets.com, EDS and as interim CIO at clients’ request. Highly skilled in operations, he has been involved in all phases of planning, acquisitions, sales, development, management, strategy and implementation.
For World Cup 1998, Dan was the Director of Technology and was responsible for the overall planning, strategy, implementation and execution of the technology solution for 1998 World Cup games in France. Dan led a team that produced the first-ever real-time Internet-based multimedia news and information system for an International Event establishing four World Records in the process: most hits in an hour, most page view in an hour, most hits in a day and most page view in a day … over 6 billion hits during the 4 week event.
Dan is recognized as an expert in HIT application development having lead the development effort of several Disease Management, Electronic Health Record, and Claims Management solutions. Recently, Dan led a team of software developers to implement a solution chosen by CIO Magazine as one of the most innovative uses of technology for 2006 in the Healthcare industry.
Dan is a frequent instructor at the Denver University health science program lecturing PHD candidates in Health Care IT. He is on the board of several advisory groups and holds an advanced degree in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Ron
Kubit President Ron is a results-driven individual
with an extensive and diverse background in senior leadership roles encompassing
strategic marketing, sales, channel management and operations efforts throughout
Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to co-founding Intuitive
Technical Solutions, Inc., Ron worked at EDS for over 15 years, Ernst & Young,
and led start-up companies in the areas of CRM and software. Upon graduating
from the University of Dayton, he co-founded a promotional marketing company with
his former associate professor from the University of Dayton in Honolulu, HI.
Ron has had global P&L responsibilities, co-led strategic initiatives
to create a $600M CRM organization, and launched the first successful B2B eCommerce
site for one of the largest Japanese companies in their Asia market.
Ron serves as an advisory board member of the University of Denver’s Daniels
School of Business and its Marketing department. Active in the non-profit community,
he has served on various boards and committees including the Colorado Software
and Internet Association, Colorado Young Audiences, and Colorado Business Committee
for the Arts. Ron is a founding board member of the Kilimanjaro Blind Trust, an
organization to educate the blind orphaned children in East Africa.
Recently, Ron had the honor to guide a team of five blind climbers from four continents,
in reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, a triumph never before achieved.
