Project Leaders

As a Project Leader you will build upon your consulting and project management experience to partner with your client’s organization, taking responsibility for the design and implementation of new business processes and/or management of large systems integration projects. Strong IT project leadership skills are a given; your attitude and approach to working with Fortune 500-caliber clients will be the most significant factor in your success. The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of a client organization is crucial including clarity in both written and verbal communication. An exceptional knowledge of multiple System Life Cycle Methodologies including a demonstrated ability to tailor the methodology to best serve your clients is required.

Travel Requirement: Based on engagement – up to 50%

Technical Consultants

As a Technical Consultant you will have an opportunity to apply a variety of development related skills including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting. Technical aptitude and proven success utilizing current technical tools and programming languages is a must. On every engagement, you will be working hand-in-hand with a dynamic, talented team of engineers which may include fellow ITS employees during the design and development of complex software solutions or client personnel to understand their specific business rules/workflows and translating those into a technical solution.

Travel Requirement: Based on engagement – up to 20%

Qualification Summary:

* 3-5 years of professional experience in a dynamic technical environment; previous consulting experience is preferred.
* BA/BS (or equivalent experience) in information technology or business management, or related studies.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with all phases of at least one software development life cycle methodology.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
* Experience with many of the following technical skills:
* Languages: ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Stored Procedures
* Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MS-Access
* OS: Windows 95/98/NT/XP/2000/Server 2003, Unix
* Products/Tools: Microsoft Web Server IIS, Visual Studio.Net, Workflow Engines
* Reporting: Crystal Reports
* Health Care, especially Disease Management, experience is a plus.
* Ability to quickly adapt and adjust to change while maintaining ones professionalism and personal integrity.
* Candidate must be comfortable working in a solutions-oriented environment that encourages and strives to cultivate collaboration and ingenuity.
